<div>Hi, my name is Sandra, and I’m a teenager. Two years ago, I had to drop out of school because my anxiety got too severe. Eventually, I couldn’t even leave the house anymore, and I developed agoraphobia and consequently, I lost most of my friends. Even when I used to go to school, my anxiety made it impossible to attend regularly, meaning I fell behind leaving me feel lost with no direction. I started getting homeschooled, but I still felt very alone and scared of everything outside.

<div>All I want in life is to play the piano. It’s my dream, my purpose, and the only thing that makes me feel like there’s a future waiting for me. It's the only place my anxiety disappears. The piano gives me a sense of direction and belonging. It understands me when words fail, it's like my therapy, it makes me feel like me again.

<div>I can play a little on my own, but I dream of becoming a concert pianist one day. I want to stand on a stage, look at the crowd, and play my heart out, even though big crowds normally scare me. I want to prove to myself (and maybe to others like me) that fear doesn’t have to win.

<div>But I can’t afford piano lessons. My family is struggling financially, and lessons are too expensive.

<div>I know I’m just one person, but this dream means everything to me. Piano is the one place where I feel safe and hopeful. You wouldn’t just be paying for lessons… you’d be giving me a chance to heal and to grow, and maybe one day to step on stage without fear.
