Please help me keep my runners dreams alight @WSEH

I am a coach at Windsor Slough Eton and Hounslow athletics club @WSEH AC.  Athletics coaching is a voluntary spare time activity and myself and my volunteer coaches get no payment or funding for running the group. I have managed to keep 50+ local youngsters running throughout lockdown which has helped many of them overcome anxiety, get outside when they were too scared to go out even for their one exercise session, have a sense of belonging to a group, keep in touch with their friends and keep fit and well. Now we are back training in small groups under Covid guidelines but the nights are drawing in and as we are no longer able to train like we used to as one big group I don't know how we can carry on throughout the winter. We managed to successfully put on a covid secure track meeting last weekend and they all raced superbly after not being able to train together for weeks or use the track much since lockdown ended. Where we train in the winter it is mainly dark with only a few street lights on one side and I really need some portable floodlights to be able to socially distance the athletes and keep them safe whilst training. Please help me to keep my group out running this winter, I feel like myself and my coaching team did so well during lockdown and beyond that I can't bear to think that I can't find a safe way for them to run under the Covid guidelines in the dark. As you can see from the photo this small group of youngsters are already running in near darkness and as I have to split the group up now we soon won't be able to see them all together. They learn so much from this sport, that hard work pays off, that they all have potential and can reach it and they gain so much confidence for life as a whole, so please help me to keep them running.
