My name is Lynda, and I'm reaching out for help during a difficult time. I work full time and am a single mother to a 21-year-old who is currently in college. With the cost of propane nearly doubling over the past few years, it's become harder and harder to keep up with the bills. Right now, my propane tank is empty, and I can't get it refilled until I pay off my overdue balance. With snow on the ground and temperatures dropping, it's been a real struggle to keep my home warm.

The stress of not being able to afford heat, especially during the holidays, has been overwhelming. I can't afford gifts for my family this Christmas—my main concern is just making sure we stay warm and safe.
