Help me keep my Cloth Diaper shop

Hey :) 
I am the owner of Hip Huggers Cloth Diapers..
I have been succesfully running my little home based shop for almost 6 years now.. i have had pretty good success .( victoria bc ) 
i order fabrics from over seas, and have a clothing company sew everything for me.
i sell online and out of my home, and a few shops here on the island. 

I recently Had one of my favorite artists agree to letting me use her art and Print a line of diapers and bags. I was so thrilled to see the final product. ( Miss Fluff ! )

I contacted a Printing company over seas... ( which i had done before with no issues ) And we worked out the details / price/ time line etc.

The products were finished ! he sent me photos , they looked great.. !   so i made the payment ( more expenssive than usual as it was a custom print...)

weeks past ... months past and i never recived the items, i filed a claim and got MOST of my money back... 

the printer was never able to give me a strait answer as to why he never sent the items... But recently made contact with me again,, and we agreed to pay again..... he gave me a good discount... so i thought i would TRUST him ...

I sold off most of my stock at cost or below to pay for these new items...

now i have no stock.. and no money to restock. 

my diaper income was a big help in supporting my family  of 7  ,  I still have 2 little girls at home days , and i would love to be able to restock my shop... and continue to work from home. 

any little bit will help me fill my shelves again.
