Help me in my journey to be able to walk again

Greetings and welcome to my fundraiser. My name is Andres Olivo and I am asking for your help to be able to complete my therapies to be able to walk again. On april 17, I remember having some pain but didn't mind too much at the moment, not knowing that my life was about to change, possibly forever. When I woke up, I found out that I had lost sensation below my chest. I had emergency surgery because two of my vertebrae had collapsed. Since then, I have been going through a long and painful process to regain sensation and motility. I have been able to make some progress with my hands but I still have a long way to go. All the equipment and attention necessary for my recovery plus living expenses are beyond what I can afford right now, that is why I am asking for your help today. Any amount is more than welcome, and thank you for helping me in my journey.

Saludos y bienvenidos a mi recaudación de fondos. Mi nombre es Andres Olivo y estoy pidiendo de tu ayuda para poder completar mis terapias y poder caminar nuevamente. El 17 de abril, recuerdo haber tenido algo de dolor pero no le preste mucha importancia en ese momento, sin saber que mi vida estaba a punto de cambiar, posiblemente para siempre. Cuando me desperté, descubrí que había perdido la sensibilidad de mi pecho hacia abajo. Me operaron de emergencia porque dos de mis vértebras se habían colapsado. Desde entonces, he pasado por un proceso largo y doloroso para recuperar la sensibilidad y la motilidad. He logrado un poco de progreso con mis manos, pero todavía tengo un largo camino por recorrer. Todo el equipo y la atención necesarios para mi recuperación, en adicion a los gastos de vivienda comida y transporte, están más allá de lo que puedo pagar en este momento, es por eso que pido tu ayuda hoy. This has been the most challenging adversity in my life. I've never been a person to ask for help. I always rely on myself to get everything done without having to bother anyone else. However, on this occasion i can't. I am aware that these things happen but this time, it turn out to be me. I am blessed to have family and friends that care for me. But my extraordinary mother has been there every step of the way, providing support 24/7. This ordeal has been frustrating, exhausting and honestly has me desperate. I am in need of finding viable transportation, housing and other things that would help my mobility. I turn to whomever can help, donate to my cause and help me and my family. I wish i could do more, but for the first time, i am relying on whomever can assist. Still hopeful.
