<div>Why Breathwork?
</div>

</div>
<div>About a month ago, I went to a breathwork retreat with zero expectations.
</div>
<div>Honestly, I didn’t know much about it at all — I just felt pulled to go.
</div>

<div>What happened there surprised me. The experience hit me deeper than I expected. It helped me release things I didn’t realise I was carrying, calm my nervous system, and reconnect with myself in a way I hadn’t experienced before.

<div>Living with spina bifida and using a wheelchair my whole life, I’ve always had to rely on mental strength and resilience. Breathwork gave me another tool — something that helps me feel more grounded, more in control, and more centred.

<div>Since that retreat, I haven’t stopped thinking about how powerful it could be for other people too.
</div>
<div>That’s why I want to learn it properly.
