Help me help my mom help stray pets

Donation protected
Hi! My name is Olivia Robb and I am sixteen years old.  I live in Nova Scotia, Canada, and I have been lucky enough to have all the comforts that come with being born and raised in a first world country. I have also been fortunate enough to have a Venezuelan [step] mother who has shown me the struggles other places in the world go through; places like her own. Mom is a compassionate animal lover who has instilled the same values in my [step] sister and me.
We have volunteered and fostered for years and always go out of our way to help any animal in need
Venezuela has been going though the toughest time for at least the past decade and I have seen my mom cry in desperation because there is no food, medicines, or any kind of safety for Venezuelans. People are throwing their pets to the streets because they can’t afford to feed them; but we shouldn’t judge that easily since the daily struggles of the average Venezuelan citizen includes digging through garbage to find something to eat.
In fact, Venezuelans have lost around nine kilos each because of the critical reality of the country. So imagine the poor pets being thrown in the streets not only to face the rough challenges of being a stray but also to compete with the existing street-savvy stray population, which reaches the millions, as well as with homeless people who are now killing cats and dogs as a desperate measure to survive -all this while continuing to reproduce and perpetuate the problem, which keeps escalating year by year.
The only existing aid comes from individuals that make the sacrifice to help– like my mom. She used to rescue and feed all kinds of stray cuties when she lived there and now from away she donates from her own pocket to various individuals who are local heroes trying to save animal's lives. Some of these people (and organizations), who can be looked up on Facebook or Instagram, are: Alexandra Rodriquez, Mary Carmen Rojas, Gaby Sequera, Sonia Alexandra Dominguez, Patricia Pineda, Fundaproba, Ecoanimal Carabobo, Nieves del Valle Fundacion Mocumba, Frampoa, Otto Zambrano, Ruth Chavez, Maria Duque, Yahani Salazar, Francisca Perez, Stefani Bermudez, Eglee Diaz, etc.
So, believe it or not, the biggest issue these heroes face is that they have nowhere to bring the rescued pets, no place for shelter and rehabilitation. They all host the strays they rescue in their own homes, but this is obviously far from ideal and space is very limited.
Mom's dream is to build a shelter with lots of outdoors space where hundreds of stray animals can be rehabilitated from the streets, spayed and neutered, and hopefully some even put up for adoption, so we can experience more success stories like Huesito's (Litlle Bones):
Mom's idea is to find a big piece of land (she's thinking at least four acres) and build caged areas so the existing foundations, who she knows and collaborates with regularly, can bring their rescues. This is what the money is for: land and wire to save animal’s lives.
If there is any excedent, the money will go to the existing foundations in equal parts to help with their expenses. For example, 10$ buys a huge bag of dry food to feed tens of dogs for a week, or a spay or neuter surgery for a dog.
Please help me make her dream come true and at the same time help lots of animals find a better life, away from risks and surrounded by love like they've never known.
Any contributon helps! Please help me help my mom help all the animals in need in Venezuela. Bellow are pictures of the local heroe's rescues and some of ours, too. Take a look and see the faces that your contribution can help.
