Help assist my granddaughter in defending herself

Due to Covid-19 effecting my employment status, I am currently not in a position to loan the $15000 needed for my granddaughter and her mother to continue their legal battle with my granddaughter's uncle. She has already spent half her savings ($5000) to obtain an attorney and try to find a solution that everyone would benefit from but her uncle refuses to release her and her mother from this case without paying him far more than either of them have in the bank.
She has spent the last 6 yrs helping her uncle build his cattle company by spending time working not only his cattle but hers and others. She has also provided services such as being a nanny and an intern when her uncle was in between filling those positions but received no compensation for any of that. She has missed a family wedding and numerous school activities while working and showing cattle for him as well. Her wins at cattle shows have been beneficial to her in gaining experience but the real benefit has always been to his business of selling cattle.
When she won the 2018 Iowa State Champion her winnings went to her uncle under the guise of going into her college fund, she has yet to see any money from him or his business. While preparing and competing at the 2019 Iowa State fair she was told by her uncle she could keep any winnings since this would be her last show. She won and now he's charged his mind and is suing her and her mother for the money.
Any financial assistance would be greatly appreciated and I would repay any donation of requested.
I feel no one should be intimated or manipulated much less by family members.
