Help me save my Gracie. Gracie came down with a respiratory infection and started her treatment plan on Monday, 9/15. Within 48 hours, she declined rapidly, and I brought her to the ER. Looking at her pictures, the one in the window is my Gracie healthy. This was taken on 9/10. On 9/13, she was sneezing and coughing. Visited the vet on the 15th because by that date she was having drainage from her eyes and nose. She was diagnosed with a respiratory infection and started Amoxicillin, Tobramycin, and Mirataz to help her eat. I also started nebulizing her to help her airways.

Today, when I got home, she was in bad shape and lethargic. Rushed to ER and she is severely dehydrated and her bloodwork is showing signs of potential kidney and pancreas problems. They want to admit her and give her an IV for 48 hours and run bloodwork again. I paid $439 for bloodwork.

Now they are quoting me approx $3500 for hospitalization, IV, meds, and more bloodwork.

I have never asked for help, but I can’t lose her. My husband is on dialysis and not working, and we had his disability appointment on May 28th. They told us it can take a year for approval.

I was turned down for CareCredit because my debt and credit card situation is horrible.
