Help me help my family & friends PR

As many of you know Puerto Rico had a horrible hurricane. My family went up high to a friend's house and they are safe but they lost everything inside their home. After a few days of not knowing from them, today I was able to contact them, for that I'm happy. I'm planning to go down there and help them. That is one of the reasons I'm asking for help. I also have my best friend there and she has done so much for others too but she is also in need. She has always been there for me, so now it's my turn to help her and her family. I also have 3 nieces and 1 nephew that I want to help. One of my niece had a liver transplant years ago but still has to take her medication, I want to make sure they all have what it's needed.
