Help me hang on to my home!

October 18, 2015 a fire at 3839 Dry Creek left me diplaced for going on 20 months.   The building is being rebuilt but it has been a long road.  Aside from paying my mortgage and HOA dues we have been hit with a large assessment.  The cruel irony is that this assessment is what could make me not be able to hang on to my home and complete my build out.  I have hung on so far but finding it increasingly difficult financially to survive.  This was difficult for me to ask for help but I need help.
My update is that the goal posts have been moved again. Maybe March! I’m very hopeful . Please help if you can.
