Hi,  I am asking for your support in traveling to Egypt on a mission trip with my church. 

Who:

I am very excited about this opportunity to serve abroad, broaden my horizons and deepen my faith. If you know anything about me, you probably already know that I strive to keep my faith at the core of who I am, and I have always had a strong desire to travel. I am blessed to have this opportunity to travel with a small group of fellow believers to such an incredible place.

 

What:

My church, Vineyard Columbus, has set forth the mission that over the next 12 months, we hope to send 100 people on trips around the world to learn, serve, and gain God’s heart for the nations. I would like to be an active part of this mission! I felt like I was supposed to apply and I was accepted to serve in North Africa later this summer.

When and Where:

Egypt and North Africa Short-Term Missions Trip – July 30-August 6

 

Why:

The earth is the Lord's and all it contains, the world and those who dwell in it! (Psalm 24:1)

Our team will travel with local guides, stay with local people, engage in spiritual conversations, look through God’s eyes at all who we encounter, pray deeply, take on the attitude of humble servants and learners as we seek to understand the history of Islam and Christianity in this area, and to discern long-term missions in this country or among Muslims elsewhere.
