Help me get treated in the US

Dear Friends,
I’m Elena Bryan, a British-Brazilian dual citizen, the single mom of 19- and 20-year old girls, and a breast cancer survivor of 8 years. This summer, I came to visit my daughters who are students in San Diego. A few weeks ago, I started having intense headaches for which I visited a primary care doctor here in San Diego. I was immediately hospitalized at Sharp Memorial Hospital in the Linda Vista area of San Diego and received the news that my headaches were the result of a bleeding brain tumor. The tumor is a metastasis of my breast cancer and was removed entirely nine days ago by a talented neurosurgeon here at Sharp Memorial, Dr. Lance Altenau. A PET scan revealed another metastasis near my pancreas. Radiologist Dr. Siavash Jabbari and Oncologist Dr. Fred Saleh recommend radiation therapy to follow up the removal of the brain tumor and treatment with new chemotherapy drugs that stop the growth of my type of breast cancer. These drugs, available only in the US, are revolutionary and very effective but very expensive. I need to find a way to stay here in San Diego to receive this life-saving treatment and to be near my daughters for love and support through this treatment.
I would be so very grateful for any help you could give me to finance this treatment.
