Help me get rid of the black mould in my house

hello I'm asking for help in regards to my problem with the mould on the wall since the recent floods in March 2021 in New South Wales. I was giving the government grant of $1,000 which help me out with some the furniture but since then the problems got worse and I've got mould growing on all over the walls and skirting boards I need to actually put a drain in at the front I don't have the funds for it until then the water keeps rushing straight through my home everytime it rains. Which creates more mould and mildew so if you can please help me out raising some funds so I can put new drain in. and get the mould removed, it would much we be appreciated thank you for taking the time to read my post and best wishes to all
