Help me get new windshields pls!

I was woken up by my roommate early at 6am 11/9 to find out someone had busted in my windshields. There was no sign of anything taken or any attempt to open the car, which would have been weird as mine is in the worst condition in my townhouse section. There's a lot of things I can chalk this up to as being a hate crime, some random kid doing it for shits and giggles, or just one of the many drug dependent residents on my street. I rarely talk to anyone in my neighborhood aside from a young girl who compliments me so often, another young girl who loves my dog, another dog owner, and I get the trash for my elderly neighbor. I really just keep to myself so I'm confused as to why I would be targeted out of everyone in this neighborhood. The rocks are also of nothing used for decor in our area. It's not a very nice area at all, and it has actually been deemed the worst in West Knoxville. I can't afford to fix it my own. Me and my boyfriend already don't have much too our name and have been trying desperately to move out of this horrible neighborhood. The smallest amount will help us.
