Help me get in contact with my brain damaged Dad

I want to find my Dad in the Philippines and get in contact with him. I am 30 years old and i last seen my dad when i was 19. My Dad suffered a major stroke over 10 years ago now. Which he was left brain damaged. I havent spoke to my dad in ages now. And last time i heard anything was from the police in the Philippines to tell me my dad was getting worse and homeless. I want to get contact with my father and raise funds so i can go to the Philippines, i want to get him back home. I would love him to meet his grandchildren too. This is heart breaking. And i am a mother of a 2 year old and a 15 month old. Please donate to help me. Would really appreciate it!
