Help me get my art space back!

I live in a small 2 bedroom home in Portland with my boyfriend and his 2 amazing daughters. I have very little space for my art and art supplies. I paint, draw, do makeup, model, and make head dresses. I want to buy a shed, and some organizers. and put it in our backyard to keep my things.
