Hi.. so yesterday I came home and have found my dog got ran over by my back door neighbor. He saw her as clear as day and unfortunately he didn’t care to stop. Camila my dog was in our drive way when this incident happened. We went to speak to them and he said “do you know why I ran her over” we thought that was strange and like any other person we asked “why?” Is answer was “she didn’t move”. He did it with an intent of hurting her. We came to an agreement that he would pay for her medical bills so we went to the VCA by my house and once we got an estimate and send it to him he didn’t answer any of our calls or messages. We filed a police report till then there is nothing that can be done. It’s super embarrassing for me to ask for someone to help me but her bills are expensive. This came so suddenly. Please even a $1 would help
