I need to get back to my kids, help me!

My name is Jerry. I am a father to three wonderful kids,my son and my daughters mean the world to me. Even though I was born in Poland, I have lived in America my whole life as I was moved there when I was a baby. In 2017 I was ripped away from my family and deported to Poland. I made a mistake when I was 19 and that mistake came back to bite me twenty years later, when I had changed my life around and became a father. My wife of twenty years, promised me that once I got situated she would move herself and the kids to be with me,so we could be a family. Arriving in Poland,I realised I couldn't stay there, though I could talk Polish,I could not read or write it. I decided to go to England. Once I moved to England I received a letter from my wife telling me she did not want to be with me anymore and would not be letting the kids move over. I was heart broken, my whole world had collapsed.
