Help me fund my American Exchange Year

My name is Emily McIvor, I'm a 16 year old girl with Aspergers and I live in Stockholm County, Sweden. As of right now I'm studying Arts & Crafts here in Sweden, but it has always been a dream of mine to experience life in an American High School.

In order to make that dream come true, I need to be able to afford going with an exchange organisation. The one I have been accepted to is STS Education, and the program I'm going for is the High School Classic program that is available to students between the ages of 14 and 18. Since I'm 16 and soon 17, that means I only have less than a year to accomplish this goal of mine.

I've been accepted for a 10-month exchange period starting in August of 2021. This gives me some time to prepare and I'll be 17 years old by the time the program starts.

The program cost is about 106.995 kr in total ($12218). The past few years, I've been able to come up with about $3000, meaning I now somehow need to come up with another $9000.

This is way beyond what I myself can afford, so for that reason I am asking for help through this fundraiser. I will of course do whatever I can to reach this goal, such as get a job or do commission work. Those things are unfortunately not enough, so I'm hoping that those who see my fundraiser are willing to help me do this. I will appreciate any and all donations no matter the amount, and I will be extremely thankful to those who offer their help.
