Help me fix my teeth and stop constant pain

I have always had problems with my teeth since I was young. But since i arrived in Canada my problems worsened. I live with constant pain in multiple teeth and it affects all aspects of my life.
Although I have had some work done on some of my teeth, including a couple of implants, many are in dire need of treatment, including canal treatments and some extractions, and maybe implants if possible. Most of this is due to bad genetics from my mom's side of the family.
I don't have dental insurance and my pay wouldn't cover the cost of the treatment I need. I've been living off common pain meds but they are not cutting it anymore.

Today May 6th i haven't been able to sleep due to the pain in my molar.
I have multiple cavities and broken teeth.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
