Help me file for custody

As many of you know I lost custody of my children last year due to my struggle with addiction. That was the worst day of my life and I vowed to do whatever it takes to get them back. Fast forward to now, I am 16 months clean. I have a home and a job, and with that comes many responsibilities and expenses including child support. Since Kieran was placed with his grandparents and not in state's custody, I have to file for custody of him myself, which is $193 in filing fees; and between rent, KUB, child support, etc; I am finding it difficult to save that much in order to file the petition for custody. I'd be forever grateful to anyone who donates or shares this so my baby can come home.
