Help me end my own elder abuse situation!

I am a 58 yo elderly disabled widower that tried to do a good deed for my younger sister and her daughter. They were unable to continue paying their rent in Florida so I helped them financially with moving expenses and offered a temporary place to live while they resettled closer to me, it is more affordable to live here. I took them in to my small rented home and now have fallen victim to abusive behavior.

They have not contributed much to the household, an occasional meal or ride to the store or appointments is all I have gotten other than abusive behavior, bullying, and threats of calling the police. They have a great deal of experience manipulating the system as I have found out since their arrival in February. The daughter asked if her boyfriend could visit which I found actually meant move in. I consented to a visit but not to housing and supporting a 20 yo with no interest in anything other than playing video games and eating and drinking everything in sight.

They (The women) are both unstable, medicated, and my sister has a history of Mental Health issues and domestic violence in 2 states which is why she is now single. Today while changing electrical outlets in my rented home to prevent arcing and an electrical fire they re-energized the circuit and almost electrocuted me. I have multiple health issues and probably would have had a near fatal or fatal heart attack from the shock.

I called the local police and they were going to arrest me because of my gender. The young man apparently has issues of his own and threatened me with physical violence before the police arrived today at my call. I am more afraid of defending myself and going to jail than I am of him hurting me. I managed to produce documentation that backed up my detailed account of what was happening. It kept me from being arrested but the police said it also established their residency in my home. I was warned that if they had to come back we would all be arrested. They said this is a civil matter and I had to pursue it in the courts. I live on a small disability income which was spent paying the bills for the month already. I need money to file to evict and possibly move myself if the eviction does not resolve the matter. My landlord was contacted by the police and he is not very happy and is talking about evicting me if I can not resolve the issue myself.

I am asking for $1000.00, this is probably a low ball figure and may have to be amended once I am able to talk to the clerk of courts, an attorney, elder advocacy groups, storage unit, and possibly a new landlord.
