Help keep my biking dream alive during COVID

Hi, my name is Jenna and Running used to be my life. One day my feet started hurting to a point where I couldn't walk. Suddenly out of nowhere, I was wheelchair bound. That was in 5th grade. I was later diagnosed with CRPS a very painful nerve issue in my feet. I slowly learned how to walk again and in 6th grade I recovered...or so I thought. I started cross country again and made it to districts. I was in third place, when all of a sudden I collapsed in pain. It was my feet. I was rushed to the hospital and the doctors said that the pain would probably last for the rest of my life and that running wouldn't be an option for me anymore. I was devastated. It was hard to accept, but I accepted it eventually. Since I knew I couldn't run anymore I had to find a new passion, XC mountain biking. I still had pain in my feet, but I was able to zone out the pain. Mountain biking was my new thing and I wouldn't let anything get in the way of it. I joined the Bend Composite Bike Team and won the first and second season of NICA in Oregon. This year was supposed to be the third season but due to COVID it was canceled. Luckily not all races were canceled and I was able to race in The Sisters Stampede and won 1st in my category and 8th in overall women's. I also raced in the Oregon 24 with a team of five where we did 24 laps in 24 hours and I rode the fastest lap in the race. I am trying to raise money so that I can continue my passion during the winter and COVID quarantine. I am hoping to get a smart trainer for my bike so that I could stay in shape this winter and ride inside. The only problem is that I don’t have enough money and I want to buy my family gifts for the holidays. I also can’t get a job because I’m too young and COVID has made it impossible for me to babysit. If you can help I would really appreciate it. Any amount helps. Also, for every $100 dollars I earn I will do 1 hour of community service. *2018 and 2019 NICA State Champ *Fastest female lap in Oregon 24 (24 hour race)
