Help Me Cover Dental Work

Hi everyone - I'm a self employed creative content producer and web designer. I've been pretty good about being able to cover minimal medial expenses, but right now I'm overwhelmed. 

I have recently cracked the back of my crown. It was sore but not terrible. I went to the dentist to get x-rays, find out how bad it was and how much it was going to cost me only to discover that I need a lot of additional work done. I have a dental discount plan that is covering about half of everything I need to get done, but I'm still on the hook for the rest of it.

I'd be happy to push this back and just get the crown fixed but over the last few days both the back of my crown and an additional tooth have really started to hurt and that's effecting my ability to work which I very much need to do. I'd like to get as much of this done as soon as possible so I don't make things worse. I also suspect one of my cavities has gotten bad enough I may need another crown, so the cushion on the goal vs the estimated bill is because well, estimated and shit happens as evidenced by my teeth suddenly turning against me. Yes, I brush my teeth on the regular.  This sucks.
