Help Turtle Pants Farms Care for Animals and Build Safe Pastures & Shelters

My name is Lynn Willett, and I’m reaching out not just as a neighbor, but as someone who deeply values what Turtle Pants Farms does for the animals in our community. This small nonprofit takes in animals from all kinds of backgrounds—some surrendered, some neglected, some simply needing a safe, quiet place to land. What has always struck me is that they don’t just provide care…they provide dignity.

Animals here are allowed to live out their lives safely, peacefully, and with compassion. They are seen, loved, and respected. That matters to me more than I can put into words.

Turtle Pants Farms is a small, animal-focused nonprofit dedicated to caring for animals in need, supporting the community when pets or animals are in need, and often providing a peaceful place where local families can learn and connect with nature. They work tirelessly with limited resources and depend heavily on volunteers and donations to keep the farm running.

Right now, the farm urgently needs help with:

Pasture management (clearing, reseeding, repair)

Safe and secure fencing

New shelters to protect animals from weather

I am personally volunteering my time, equipment, and labor to help with the fencing and shelter construction, but the materials have significant costs.
