<div>I never imagined I would be writing something like this.

<div>I am a single father to two beautiful daughters. One of my daughters is deaf, and the other is hard of hearing. I have been a widower since 2014, when my wife and the mother of my children passed away. Since then, it has been just me and my girls.
</div>

</div>
<div>They are my world. Everything I have done over the years has been for them.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Now, I am facing the hardest fight of my life.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I was recently diagnosed with cancer after experiencing symptoms that I never expected would lead to something this serious. I had been dealing with a cough for about three months. I thought it was nothing and never imagined that it could be something much more serious. After other symptoms began appearing, I finally went to the emergency room.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Since then, my life has changed completely.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I have already been hospitalized for several days and have been transferred between three different hospitals. There are still many more medical appointments, treatments, tests, and hospital stays ahead of me.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The hardest part isn't just being sick. It's knowing that my daughters depend on me.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I have always tried to be strong for them. I have worked, provided for our family, and done everything I could to give them a safe and loving home. Now, because I have to focus on fighting cancer, I may not be able to work and will have no reliable source of income.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I also do not have health insurance, which makes this situation even more frightening. Along with the growing medical bills, I am worried about keeping up with our household expenses and holding onto the home that carries so many memories for my daughters and me.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I am not someone who ever imagined asking strangers for help. For more than 30 years, I rarely went to the doctor because I simply kept going and taking care of my family. I never expected that one day I would be in a hospital fighting cancer and asking for help to make it through.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>But today, I need help.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>My daughters have always supported me, and their love gives me a reason to keep fighting every single day. My biggest hope is to get through this, get healthy again, and come home to them.
</div>

</div>
<div>I am asking for help with my medical expenses, hospital bills, treatment, medications, household bills, and basic living expenses while I am unable to work. Every dollar will help take some of the weight off my shoulders and allow me to focus on what matters most: fighting this disease and being here for my daughters.

<div>Hola, me llamo Ramiro.

<div>Nunca imaginé que escribiría algo así.
</div>

</div>
<div>Soy padre soltero de dos hijas maravillosas. Una de ellas es sorda y la otra tiene dificultades auditivas. Soy viudo desde 2014, año en que falleció mi esposa y madre de mis hijas. Desde entonces, hemos estado solos mis hijas y yo.
</div>

<div>Ellas son mi mundo. Todo lo que he hecho a lo largo de los años ha sido por ellas.
</div>

</div>
<div>Ahora, me enfrento a la batalla más difícil de mi vida.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Hace poco me diagnosticaron cáncer, tras experimentar síntomas que nunca pensé que derivarían en algo tan grave. Llevaba unos tres meses con tos; pensé que no era nada y jamás imaginé que podría tratarse de algo mucho más serio. Cuando empezaron a aparecer otros síntomas, finalmente acudí a urgencias.

<div>Desde entonces, mi vida ha cambiado por completo.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Ya he estado hospitalizado varios días y me han trasladado entre tres hospitales diferentes. Aún me quedan por delante muchas citas médicas, tratamientos, pruebas y estancias en el hospital.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Lo más duro no es solo estar enfermo; es saber que mis hijas dependen de mí.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Siempre he intentado ser fuerte por ellas. He trabajado, he sacado adelante a nuestra familia y he hecho todo lo posible por brindarles un hogar seguro y lleno de amor. Ahora, al tener que centrarme en luchar contra el cáncer, es posible que no pueda trabajar y me quede sin una fuente de ingresos estable.

<div>Además, no tengo seguro médico, lo que hace que esta situación sea aún más aterradora. Aparte de las crecientes facturas médicas, me preocupa cómo cubrir los gastos del hogar y conservar la casa que guarda tantos recuerdos para mis hijas y para mí.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>No soy una persona que hubiera imaginado pedir ayuda a desconocidos. Durante más de 30 años, rara vez fui al médico porque simplemente seguía adelante cuidando de mi familia. Nunca esperé verme un día en un hospital luchando contra el cáncer y pidiendo ayuda para salir adelante. Pero hoy, necesito ayuda.

<div>Mis hijas siempre me han apoyado, y su amor me da una razón para seguir luchando cada día. Mi mayor esperanza es superar esto, recuperar la salud y volver a casa con ellas.
</div>

<div>Solicito ayuda para cubrir mis gastos médicos, facturas del hospital, tratamientos, medicamentos, gastos del hogar y necesidades básicas mientras no puedo trabajar. Cada dólar ayudará a aliviar un poco la carga que llevo sobre los hombros y me permitirá concentrarme en lo más importante: luchar contra esta enfermedad y estar presente para mis hijas.
