Help me be in my son's life

I'm not really comfortable doing this but I'm at my wit's end. I am a struggling father of two who just wants to be in his sons life. I'm currently fighting a custody battle for my three year old son Gabriel and I'm in desperate need of help with attorney fees. As is stands I see my son for maybe four hours a month when permitted to do so by his mother, I've often asked for more time but have been denied so I'm taking her to court. I grew up in a single parent household and know how hard it is to not have my father around. I greatly appreciate any help anyone can give so that I can be the father I want to be and so my sons can grow up knowing each other. Thank you.
