Help me be apart of my daughters life

After finally getting the courage to free my self from a toxic marriage, I have another major problem too big to handle on my own. I have been denied any visitation with my 5 year old daughter.. why? Because I “chose to leave US”. Unfortunately the mother of my child strongly believes I have no right to be in my daughters life if I’m not married to her. I’ve tried everything.. I’m stuck between a rock and a hard place after realizing the only way I have a chance of seeing my daughter again is if I hire a lawyer. I’m not one to reach my hand out for help, but I’d do anything imaginable for the best interest of my daughter. I need legal support if I have a fighting chance.
