Help me afford the cost of my Surgery Appointment

Hiya the names Franky. 30 yo transgirl from Manchester. Expecting my pre check and surgery in March or April time (it's been quoted around then) at Parkside Hospital in London.

Originally this was meant to happen on 10th December 2021 but when they called to offer me the pre appointment, I learned they require a swab test 3 days prior the actual surgery because of covid, that didn't surprise me a lot, but i'd have to self isolate first which meant I couldn't use public transport, which I require to get over there. They offered me an alternative which was have the swab in London with them, stay in the area isolating (which would mean 3 nights in a London hotel) and then come in for the surgery. Which may be the better option for me. For which i will use public transport to get over before the swab.

I had to cancel the appointment because I couldn't afford it, I felt super numb to to whole thing for a while but 2 weeks before what would've been the date, it really hit me that it wasn't happening and every day up till the appointment and for a while after.

Then I just had to put myself back on the waiting list and hope I could get some money aside or cut bills in order to help save but it didn't happen, I'm not working and I am not fit to work.

My partner would absolutely help get me there if she could but unfortunately it would really impact us financially, and we already went through some money trouble in December.

Neither of us drive and don't really know anybody who could help get me down there travel wise. I can't keep cancelling this surgery, it's really important for me. And with the NHS route its already a long enough wait for anyone to get to this point.

So yeah I turned here, any and all help is greatly appreciated as this is a big point in my life.
