Help me afford HRT and meds

Hi, my name is Saskia, i’m a 20yo Rromani/Danish trans woman, and i have ADD, autism (PDD-NOS), borderline personality disorder (BPD) and chronic depression (Dysthymia). I’m currently unemployed (or rather, unemployable) and barely scrapping by on unemployment benefits and it's reaching the point where i can't afford my HRT or ADD meds, i can barely afford food currently.
My mental health depends on my ability to continue my transition. I can't go back. Dysphoria made it impossible for me to continue my studies, which where already difficult due to my mental state. I’m currently in therapy with the goal of eventually returning to school, but that can’t happen until i get to a point where i don't feel paranoid in public and fear leaving my home. But until then i'm unable to earn enough money to cover my necessary expenses. I’m already in debt because of rent and bills i couldn’t pay and i just don’t know what to do at this point.
