Help Matt with ongoing medical bills

Hello everyone, my name is Matt Brinson, thank you for reading my story. Asking for this help is probably the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do.

My family and I were recently blindsided by an unforeseen rarity to my health and my ability to make a living. I am an independent contractor and due to a hypersensitive allergic reaction to a scorpion sting, I was hospitalized, going into full cardiac and respiratory failure. I was literally drowning due to the fluid in my lungs. My heart is only working at 20%. Here is an excerpt from a MayoClinic article: Scorpion envenomation can produce a variety of clinical presentations, including cardiovascular (myocarditis, cardiogenic and/or distributive shock), respiratory (acute respiratory distress syndrome [ARDS]), Under doctor’s orders I am unable to work for the foreseeable future.

Any money that is donated, no matter the amount, will be used for all future medical procedures, the pile of medical bills that are starting to come in, and our daily living expenses.
