<div>We are raising funds to support our dear friends, Elizabeth and Stuart, whose 3-year-old daughter, Matilda, has recently been diagnosed with Stage 4 High-Risk Neuroblastoma.

<div>Matilda is a happy, fun-loving, and caring little girl who brings joy to everyone around her, and is a triplet living with her brothers George and Arthur in Bridgend<span>, South Wales.</span>

<div>Despite everything she has faced so far, she has taken it all in her stride with incredible strength and resilience. Her parents, Elizabeth and Stuart, are showing unimaginable courage as they navigate every parent’s worst nightmare.

<div>Matilda’s journey began over the Christmas period when she developed a limp on her left side. Concerned, her mum took her to the GP, which led to further testing at the Princess of Wales Hospital. Scans revealed a cancerous mass above her left kidney that had already spread into her pelvis and bones. On January 10th, her parents received the devastating news of her diagnosis.

<div>She is now undergoing an intensive 12-month treatment plan at Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospital in Cardiff, which includes chemotherapy, surgery, radiotherapy, and immunotherapy. The hospital staff have been amazing, providing incredible care, but being 30 miles away from her fellow triplets has been a huge adjustment for the whole family.

<div>Matilda is currently relying on a feeding tube and has already faced several complications, including infections and blood transfusions. Yet, through it all, she continues to show her incredible strength and bravery.
