The condition leaves you tired and more prone to infections and uncontrolled bleeding. Now he needs a stem cell transplant. This condition is affecting his health a lot, and the treatment for aplastic anemia includes medicines, blood transfusions, and a stem cell transplant, also known as a <strong>bone marrow transplant</strong>.
