My name is Chris McGehee. I'm fundraising for one of my friends, Mary Starks. She is 65. She just lost her home, two cats, and her beloved dog Leaha to a house fire just no more than a couple of hours ago. And we are still searching for Joey, her other companion. Her pets were her world. Besides her loving animals, she also lost everything she has, including her vehicle, which was melted by the fire. She doesn't even have shoes to wear; all she has is literally the clothes on her back and her one dog they were able to save, Doobi. Mary has no money to feed him. Like I said, everything she had burnt, and she is on a fixed income, so she doesn't have any money for dog food or money to feed herself.

I am asking all my friends and family, and those beyond my friends list, to please donate. We have called the Red Cross and are waiting to hear back from them. For all of those who donate, I would like to say in advance, thank you and God bless you for your donation.
