Tamarack Fire - Family loses everything!

Hi, my name is Stephanie and I am fundraising for my dear friends Chris and Marshauna and their two young children. In the afternoon of July 16th, they were evacuated from Markleeville, CA. The following morning they found out that they lost their home to the Tamarack fire.

Chris is a Tahoe area musician who supports his family playing music. He has lost the majority of his instruments. They had to leave behind a car that burned along with everything in their home.

Marshauna and Chris were renting the home they were in and did not have renter’s insurance. They need all the help they can get as they begin to rebuild from scratch. Chris and Marshauna are a humble family and do not have the means to buy new things. All of the money raised will go to helping them find a new place to live, assisting Chris in rebuilding his career, and providing the entire family with essentials as they heal from this devastating event.
