Help Marlon Smith kick Cancer

My brother inlaw Marlon Smith. Husband of Jeanine ( Schmaltz) Smith. has been diagnosed with Cancer , He has stage 4 cancer on his kidneys , stage 3 on his lung. Unfortunately there no treatment available in canada that will help him. Marlon will have to travel out of country to receive alternative treatments.
His wife Jean will need to be by his side which means that neither of them will be able to work.
Marlon and Jean will have significant expenses in Mexico with having to live out and his treatments as well keeping up with bills at home.
Marlon is 57 and was a healthy man up untill the beginning of September when he got a chest cold an a cough he couldn't shake. He went to the doctor and that day changed their lives forever.
Marlon doesn't have benefits at his work which means no short or long term disability.
Hes the type of guy that would give his shirt off his back, so please find it in your hearts to do the same for him.
