<div><strong>My name is Andrea Tindiani and for the past 11 years, I have been fortunate to call Australia home, be a present father to Marley (9) and give back to my community.</strong> Unfortunately, after losing my employer’s sponsorship due to unforeseen company restructuring that made me redundant, <strong>I’m set to be deported back to Italy in a TWO weeks.</strong>

<div>I have worked hard to build a secure future for my son and our family. <strong>I’m being forced to leave </strong>Australia within weeks, which will leave <strong>my young boy without a father.</strong> <strong>I need your help to convince the Minister of Immigration, Andrew Giles, to let me stay.</strong>

<div><strong>In 2013 I obtained a sponsorship for a corporation</strong>, confident that my work ethic, performance, and character would offer me a path to stay in Australia. <strong>Then, after 3 years of employment</strong>, due to unforeseen company changes, <strong>I was made redundant and left with only 30 days to find a new temporary visa.</strong>

<div><strong>Meanwhile, my partnership with Marley’s mum ended, so I couldn’t apply for a spousal visa.</strong> I have an amicable co-parenting relationship with Marley’s mum, and we’re in a good place.

<div><strong>But just like that, I was separated, unemployed and needed to secure a way forward to stay in Australia to be present for Marley.</strong>

<div>Throughout this time, I have gone to great lengths, both financially and emotionally, to navigate the complexities of temporary visas and make sacrifices to be present for Marley despite the uncertainties and obstacles.
</div>

<div>Drawing from my own experiences,<strong> I began giving back to both local and online communities in 2017, supporting and guiding men who faced their challenges with fatherhood, emotional well-being, and relationships.</strong>
</div>

</div>
<div>In 2019 we moved to Victoria to be closer to Marley’s mum's family and we have been enjoying a sense of normalcy and stability in our lives despite the Covid crisis.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>However,</strong> <strong>in 2021 my last visa was rejected and despite appealing the decision, the tribunal confirmed the decision in July 2023.</strong>
</div>
<div>My last resort to be able to stay in Australia is for the Minister of Immigration Andrew Giles to reconsider my application on compassionate grounds.
