Dear Family, Friends, and Compassionate Strangers,

I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for your support for my youngest brother, Mark, who is currently facing one of the biggest challenges of his life. Mark has been in critical condition at Ortigas Hospital and Health Care in the Philippines, battling multiple complex medical issues stemming from diabetes and other serious complications. He was initially admitted due to Diabetic Ketoacidosis, and since then, his health has continued to decline due to infections in his lungs and liver. A Complex Medical Battle Under the care of a dedicated team of doctors, Mark’s condition is gradually stabilizing, but he remains in fragile health. Here’s an overview of his current medical challenges: 1. Liver Dysfunction 2. Urinary Tract Infection 3. Cardiac Dysfunction 4. Epilepsy 5. Kidney Disease. He is now undergoing hemodialysis three times a week. Despite these immense challenges, his medical team is working on a home treatment plan to support his recovery after discharge.

Why We Need Your Help

Mark's hospitalization has already cost the family over P1,700,000.00 ($28,900 USD), and that amount continues to grow with each day of care and additional procedures. Unfortunately, Mark does not have medical insurance, no source of income, and a family. We've been doing everything we can to keep up with the expenses-but we can't do it alone. We are humbly asking for financial support to help us cover the hospital bills, follow-up treatments, and medications that Mark needs for recovery.
