Help Marie Brinkmeyer

Donation protected
For those of you that have been lucky enough to know Marie Brinkmeyer, you know that she is a wonderful and giving woman.  Not only to her family but to all.  Even at 86 years old she was working full time writing grants and funding for the elderly.

On Tuesday November 21, 2017 Marie suffered a severe stroke on the left hemisphere of her brain.  The right side of her body is currently without function and her speech has been hindered due to where the blood clots were in her brain.  She was moved from the hospital to an acute rehab facility in Arroyo Grande on Thursday morning where she is receiving treatment.

With the loss of her income, along with the upward mobility that she has always had, Marie is in need for funds to pay for present and future medical and long term care bills.  The funds will also pay for food, housing and other necessities for her and her husband who is also disabled.

We are hopeful that Marie will continue to improve but to put it plainly, it is a long road to recovery and we need your help.  Your thoughts, prayers and donations are very much appreciated from the entire family.
