Help Maria Trujillo Fight Cancer!

Maria Trujillo is a 42 year old Navy Veteran who is a daughter, sister, single mother, lover, and good friend who would give you the shirt off her back.


She lives a simple life and believes giving is her mission in life.  She works full time to support her 10 year-old daughter and herself.  

Maria has P16 HPV squamous cell carcinoma in her sinuses especially on the right side.

She will be going through 6 to 8 weeks of radiation to the right side of her face and will not be able to work. She'll also be doing chemo. Any metal fillings and crowns have to be removed and replaced with porcelain.  They will be putting in a feeding tube and a port for IV fluids and she is scared. She will not be able to work for at least 3 months.


This has been going on since January starting with a biopsy to surgery, so she has used all her leave time and is using up donated time others have given her.


We are now worried about her ability to make the rent, car payment, utilities, medical expenses and food for the next few months since she is looking at taking leave without pay.


Please help this wonderful, compassionate, caring woman through this hard time in her life.  She has always given and now is the time for us to give back to her.
