This November, my biological aunt, Margoth, was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. Though we've been navigating reunion since 2018, this news feels especially surreal. My aunt means the world to me & has played such an important role in shaping my story & family. She is currently traveling 6 hours to the capital to receive medical care, all while paying out of pocket. Unfortunately, this is no longer sustainable. Her treatment, medical expenses & lost income due to missed work are overwhelming. I’ve started this fundraiser to raise the necessary funds to support her.
