Help Marcus Build His Woodworking Shop

My name is Marcus. I have been a luthier (a maker of stringed musical instruments, in my case typically guitars) since 2004. I have always done it as a side job. It has been quite a few years since I've had a shop of my own. Last year my wife and I made the decision to sell our house, buy a piece of property and build a home. We put our house on the market and sold in 2 days. We moved in to a tent with our three kids and found a piece of property. Unfortunately the property wasn't viable to build on and so we kept searching. As we continued our search we found out that with the current state of things it would be at least a year before a home could be built. With the weather getting colder we made a decision to find a place that would work for us. We found a place but had to compromise: it had no shop. I am at a point in my career that I have enough work and potential to expand and do this full time. I am hoping to raise funds to build a shop at my house where I can continue building guitars, start taking in more repair work and expand my other woodwork interests. I would like to start building in the spring so it would be a good idea to get started as soon as possible in case the construction companies are backed up. Any donations will be so appreciated. If I can get fully funded that would mean I won't have to go into a mass amount of debt and can work in my shop full time and not have to work a second job anymore.
