We are asking your love and support for our dear friend Manuel Castillo Jr. who is currently battling a Stage 3 Liver Cancer. He is not a candidate for surgery and chemo and currently undergoing palliative immunotherapy. Manuel due to his condition has been out of work and his spouse Lara, a devoted and a loving wife and a dedicated mother to their kids has been taking the load to make ends meet and often has to be out of work to accompany Manuel for all his medical needs.
