 Manos is a 17-year-old student from Chania, Greece. He loves spending time with his friends, and doing outdoor activities, especially hiking.

 Today Manos is fighting a high-grade osteoblastic osteosarcoma, a rare and aggressive bone cancer that has spread to his lungs and bones.
</div>

 Since May, he has been receiving treatment at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas, where he successfully underwent complex reconstructive surgery on his left arm. He is now continuing intensive chemotherapy, which is vital for his treatment. Additional surgeries are scheduled for August, followed by several more months of treatment.

 The total cost of Manos' treatment is already estimated to exceed $1 million, far beyond what his family can afford.

 Σήμερα ο Μάνος δίνει μάχη με υψηλού βαθμού οστεοβλαστικό οστεοσάρκωμα, μια σπάνια και επιθετική μορφή καρκίνου των οστών που έχει εξαπλωθεί στους πνεύμονες και στα οστά του.

 Από τον Μάιο λαμβάνει θεραπεία στο MD Anderson Cancer Center στο Χιούστον, όπου υποβλήθηκε με επιτυχία σε μια πολύπλοκη επανορθωτική επέμβαση στο αριστερό του χέρι. Αυτή τη στιγμή συνεχίζει εντατική χημειοθεραπεία, η οποία είναι ζωτικής σημασίας για τη θεραπεία του. Επιπλέον χειρουργεία έχουν προγραμματιστεί για τον Αύγουστο και θα ακολουθήσουν αρκετοί ακόμη μήνες θεραπείας.
