Help Mandylan and Papa Bear's medical expenses

Mandylan and Papa Bear recently welcomed their healthy and beautiful baby Maeve into the world and are now in the precious early days of raising an infant. Mandylan gave birth at Kaiser in Oakland and thinking their insurance would cover the whole bill they were shocked to find a bill for $4,000. They were charged $12,000 from the hospital with the insurance covering $8000.

Mandylan hasn't been working for 5 months and they recently found an amazing home in Canyon but their rent has significantly increased. Papa Bear is a full time musician who is working hard to support his family teaching lessons, playing gigs and curating amazing live music for the community.

The early days of child raising are very difficult for any parent but the added financial stress can be eased with the help of our community who love, support and want to see this family thrive in the world!
