Help Mambo Empanadas' Pandemic Relief Fund

For the past 21 years, our family has been blessed to call Rutherford our home. We have been honored to be active participants and sponsors throughout the town in form of sports such as Babe Ruth, Little League, Rutherford's Annual Multicultural Festival as well as supporters of First Responders, just to name a few.
We would also like to thank the community for the continued support of Mambo over the years. For the past 13 years, out first restaurant, Mambo Tea House has been a staple in town. We have been part of anniversaries, first dates, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, graduation celebrations, promotions, etc. We also watched the children of our loyal customers grow up and turn into amazing young adults. These are all memories we will cherish for life. However, due to a neighboring fire that caused both water and structural damage i n May 2020, paired with Covid-19, Mambo Tea House was forced to shut its doors permanently. Fortunately for our staff, we were able to continue doing business at our other restaurant, Mambo Empanadas, located on the West End of Rutherford.
Faced with obstacles that Covid-19 has brought, we have done everything in our power to adapt and overcome. In warmer weathers, we were lucky enough to have an outdoor seating area. This helped us combat the 25% seating capacity law. However, in the winter months that is no longer an option. These conditions have made it extremely difficult for our restaurant to stay float. As proud residents and business owners, this is the time that we turn to the community we love and support to help us during these difficult times so that we can continue serving the community. If you are able to make a small donation, this will help us pay for monthly rent, utilities and payroll.
