Hi, I'm Emily, and this is my family dog, Malibu. This morning at 10am, Dec 3rd, a driver hit Malibu and drove off. She has a dislocated hip, air in her chest, and internal organs that were ruptured and pushed towards her chest. Malibu is 4; she has not lived a full life yet, and I need her to. Everyone who's ever met Malibu knows that she is one of the sweetest, calmest dogs; most describe her as a cat. My parents can't afford her emergency surgery or medications.
