<div>AS OF 27 AUGUST, my estimate for surgery is $11,641.29. My insurance and provider did indeed not renew their contract, so now I'm out of network. I am currently applying for continuity of care to remain in-network, but for the moment, my costs have ballooned. This fundraiser is still going in order to afford those costs. Thank you.

My insurance and provider are potentially not renewing their contract come the end of August (I received a frightening email), so my price may change. This fundraiser is to hopefully cover all of top surgery, if things go well, and provide me a buffer to still help pay for it if things go poorly. The remaining $666.69 will be put towards any wound care expenses, paying for post-op appointments, and gas money for transport.
