Hi,

I'm E.F. Fluff. I'm an Irish, disabled non-binary, police brutality and torture survivor, and human rights defender. I used to be a artist, a musician, journalist, author and writer.

I have been forced into an unspeakable situation by corrupt members of the Finnish State Authority and Helsinki Police.

I have 5 days to raise €3020.44 to preserve a storage unit in Dublin that contains the last surviving vital evidence and documents required for putting a number of corrupt Irish Police Officers in Prison.

The last surviving evidence after Helsinki Police have enabled my human trafficking abuser ex-partner Anna Vuorivirta to steal 99.9% of all of my Court evidence, written medical records, and Court filings.

Note on information:

At the end of this there is a longer explanation from a recent human rights org document. It's option there to read.

NOTE:

Some extensions happened and people got emergency last minute hostel shelter for me.

The urgency is still there. Homeless on Tuesday

I have 7 days to raise €1,400 to ensure I do not end up back 100% on the street homeless in Paris.

I need to raise €2567.30 yesterday, or tomorrow to pay medical arrears inflicted on me via loan fraud and financial domestic violence so I can regain access to my doctor and get my prescription filled and get the medication I need to function.

These are life or death.

These are end of life points for me.

This is an unspeakable situation. No one should have to be forced into this.

----

If the Finnish State and corrupt Helsinki Police and a small number of corrupt liable Helsinki District Court Judges succeed in destroying the last evidence I have and the very last of my worldly possessions in some halfwit scheme to try and prevent proceedings and consequences for their breaches of the Treaty of the Functioning of the EU Article 82.

That is the end of me.

That brings me to a full stop. There is no way forward. No way back.

Regardless as to whether I am housed or not.

On the same line

I cannot live without my medication much longer.

I am out of fumes.

I can't do this without your help.

This Fundraiser was brought to you by corruption from Pasila Helsinki Police, Ulosottolaitos the Enforcement Authority, and members of the Helsinki District Court.

However at this time, the National Prosecutor for Southern Finland denies involvement in my arbitrary detention and attempted murder in Vantaa Prison.

Defeneur Des Droits - George Pau-Langevin letter breakdown:

My name is E.F. Fluff, I am an a disabled non-binary bisexual, queer, Irish citizen of the European Union and Police brutality and torture survivor. I have medically recognised disabilities, inter alia severe Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), severe ADHD, narcolepsy, and more. My torture survivor status confirmed via medical referral to Helsinki Deaconess Institute’s Torture Victims Centre and medical records.

This necessarily includes reference to my human rights defender status and successful legal proceedings against a small cadre of corrupt Irish police officers, my gender identity, sexual orientation, and disability status. These legal, and personal characteristics are not incidental; they are the direct catalyst for targeted discrimination by affluent, well-connected private Finnish individuals who, as is evidenced, transmitted their bias to willing Finnish State Authorities.

This discrimination has been subsequently amplified into direct abuse by State authorities, compounding into the incoherent level of systemic failures and breaches of EU Law over almost three years and ongoing.

I am also an audiovisual artist, musician, author, journalist and Human Rights Defender. I have no criminal record anywhere in the world. I am currently technically homeless in Paris where I fled human trafficking and refoulement deportation to torture to seek assistance from French Human Rights Organisations and Defenseur Des Droits. With the assistance of Mexican and Finnish human rights activists, I fled refoulement deportation to promised murder and torture by Irish Police and I require urgent legal, medical, and administrative continuity measures in France.

I need your assistance in accessing an international human rights lawyer and negotiator to navigate severe breaches of the EU charter of fundamental rights and breaches of the treaty of functioning of the EU Articles 82 & 81 and more respectively.

My situation arises from a combination of

(a) serious prior rights violations in Ireland and

(b) an ongoing failure of protection in Finland:

i. where criminal abuse by private citizens escalated into Institutional Abuse

Together, these have resulted in a denial of my fundamental rights under EU law, including: the right to an effective remedy (Article 47, EU Charter), protection from inhuman or degrading treatment (Article 4), and respect for human dignity (Article 1). breaches of the Treaty of the Functioning of the EU(TFEU) Articles 82 & 81

Despite repeated attempts, Finland has failed to provide effective protection in practice. The allegedly available remedies are not functioning in practice. Attempts to access what is supposed to be there on paper have been met with a wall of institutional prejudice worsened by a human trafficking ex-partner weaponising false reporting to Authorities and DARVO to maintain power and control.

The breaches fundamental rights and TFEU by Finnish Authorities are very severe.

1. What Happened: State Violence in Ireland and Cross-Border Collusion in Finland

1-A. Landmark 4.e Pre-Arraignment Dismissal in the Dublin Circuit Criminal Court:

In April 2021, acting as a lay litigant and while on long hunger strike to protest fraudulent state Prosecution and protect against police brutality and violence, I secured a landmark 4E Pre-Arraignment Dismissal Judgment in the Dublin Circuit Criminal Court (Judge Melanie Greally, now Ms. Justice Melanie Greally, Dublin High Court).

The judgment documented constitutional breaches, investigative voids, breaches of the Irish Mental Health Act and perjury by Irish police officers. This judgment also constitutes the first judicial recognition of a non-binary person in an Irish court, a legal fact that Finnish authorities have across three-years systematically refused to recognise. The same Judgment exposed eighteen Irish Police officers for perjury for personal gain.

Following this, the Irish Personal Injuries Assessment Board (PIAB) granted me statutory approval to pursue civil proceedings against the Irish State and police for constitutional breaches and kidnapping (estimated quantum of loss from London Barristers: €12,000,000). After attempted murder by Irish Police desperate to prevent the PIAB proceedings, human rights activists helped me return to Finland.

1-B. Cross-Border Police Defamation and Hate Crimes in Finland:

In Finland, a liable Irish lawyer named on the PIAB proceedings attached to one of the liable police detectives reached out to my wealthy Finnish landlords in order to disrupt my housing. This resulted in a series of hate crimes including but not limited to trespass, theft, theft of private post, and a fraudulent illegal eviction conducted as a hate crime due to my being non-binary, disabled, queer. This is not supposition, the landlords proudly informed witnesses, wrote it in email and SMS, and even gave speeches about their proud hate crime against me which there is audio recording of. The eviction is evidenced as fraudulent by bank statements and witnesses. The landlords hate crime included false statements regarding my 4.e dismissal judgment from the Dublin Circuit Criminal Court.

Despite these filings hinging on my 4.e Dismissal from the Dublin Circuit Criminal Court not existing. Rather than accept my 4.e Dismissal Judgment and documented evidence of torture ranging from medical records to CCTV. The matter was not dismissed but as is evidenced by audio recordings run as a point of Institutional Abuse for the benefit of the two wealthy landlords. With one of the involved Judges leading a room in mocking me for being non-binary and queer. Released documents prove the Judge engaged in ex parte communications and colluded in helping fabricate rental debt in part it seems to punish me for being non-binary and queer as well as false claims of criminality related to the 4.e Dismissal from the Dublin Circuit Criminal Court.

The Judge suppressed my evidence of payment, and systematically stripped me of my right to counsel by orchestrating a fraudulent ban from the Helsinki Public Legal Aid Office (evidenced by phone call and emails).

1-C Human Trafficking, Theft and Breaches of TFEU Article 82 & 81

This situation has been severely compounded by an opportunistic, predatory, and an escalating severe case of coercive control abuse, financial domestic violence, loan fraud, legal obstruction, and theft of legal documents, property deeds, medication records and Court evidence by my ex-partner Anna Vuorivirta. Finnish Domestic abuse organisations told me it meets the threshold for human trafficking control abuse.

Anna Vuorivirta has used coercive control, financial domestic violence, debt bondage, record abuse, and legal obstruction to isolate me, strip me of evidence and all my personal belongings, and interfere with both my medical care and my access to justice. Vuorivirta has withheld or taken legal documents, title deeds, medical material, medication records, and court evidence, and false narratives linked to her actions have polluted police, medical, and judicial records in ways that have deliberately materially harmed my safety, credibility, and ability to litigate. I am not her patient but her former partner, which makes the intrusion into medical and legal systems all the more serious.

She has told me she owns the power of life and death over me and gets to decide when I die. The abuse has extended into employment fraud and control capture, disruption of intimate relationships, no right to choose where I live, surveillance by a neighbour, false statements to police and Court. Incited harassment and assault. As well as threats and physical and psychological violence.

In late 2023, when I began trying to leave and disentangle myself from that control, Anna Vuorivirta escalated from private coercion into false reporting to authorities and cross-border abuse of process. In retaliation to my valid theft and domestic abuse criminal police complaints, which Finnish Domestic Abuse Organisations such as SafetyNet, Miessakit, M0nika, Sophie Mannerheim, Nollajlina demanded that I make for “my safety.” Vuorivirta began advancing wholly false narratives about my mental health, credibility, and Irish legal proceedings to police and Finnish authorities. These false police complaints were designed to subject me to police violence.

Rather than assist and act upon valid filed police criminal complaints, and secure my stolen legal papers and medical records. Helsinki Pasila Police refused assistance, and in turn Vuorivirta would respond by filing malicious fraudulent police complaints misrepresenting my attempting to get my documents back. Which Helsinki Pasila Police would then act on, creating a cycle of deliberate neglect and misconduct within which Helsinki Pasila Police would use to abuse me. This is not speculative on my part. During arbitrary detention December 14th 2025 onward, in solitary confinement sensory deprivation cell, they taunted me about the loss of my belongings to Vuorivirta and told me they were doing this to “teach me how to behave”, Viskulma Health Centre in Helsinki later told me they were “psychologically torturing” me.

At the same time, as escalation to her abuse, Vuorivirta demanded complete control of all my legal proceedings and access to justice. When this was denied, she stole legal documents, and sought to obstruct PIAB proceedings and the appeal against the landlords, obstruction that involved physical and psychological and financial violence and punitive starvation. Vuorivirta began to co-opt, reverse and neutralise my Irish 4.e Pre-Arraignment Dismissal Judgment. Filing false statements with police and the Helsinki District Court that it was fake and fabricated, a con I had created to con money out of people.

I have attempted to get Finnish Authorities to recognise the Irish Court judgment which Vuorivirta’s co-opting and denial of has become a core tenet of her human trafficking control abuse of me. I have provided an attested copy of the Judgment from the Irish High Court Clerks office.

That judgment should have protected me against false allegations evidenced as untrue by the Irish court record. In breach of the TFEU Articles 82 & 81, Finnish Authorities have refused to recognise it, refused to accept it, treating me as a criminal and subjecting me to a series of hate crimes and fraud, and have taken state ownership to abuse me themselves. Culminating in arbitrary detention and attempted murder via Police and Prison Guards telling prisoners falsely that I am a rapist and a paedophile.

1.D Alegria Psychology Oy: Housing Control, Surveillance, and Refusal to Let Me Go

Parallel to all of this: as a result of obstruction in the eviction proceedings and subsequent appeal by an abusive ex-partner, I ended up trapped in a situation of employment fraud. I had been offered and promised normalised disability rehabilitation employment scheme through the state by Alegria Psychology Oy, my ex-partner’s company. The disability rehabilitation employment scheme was fraudulent and never processed. I ended up trapped in a tenancy situation from which I could not leave without severe and crippling debt bondage. When I began trying to escape from the abuse and human trafficking and regain control of my legal documents, Vuorivirta escalated this with a breach of contract and fraudulent eviction.

Alegria Psychology Oy tenancy and eviction were not a normal housing dispute. My housing was tied to dependency, debt, and work demands, and when I tried to leave or regularise the position by paying and exiting, I was obstructed rather than released. The record shows repeated pleading to be allowed to leave, to recover my belongings and documents, and to end the arrangement, while the tenancy structure and eviction process were used as instruments of continued control rather than ordinary enforcement. This pleading to be allowed leave extended to requests from Finnish Social Welfare for a temporary contract so all rental debt could be paid. These were ignored.

That control extended beyond the formal tenancy. The record states that Vuorivirta refused to let me go, that she monitored my personal life through the neighbour—which she told me clearly she was doing shortly after I had moved in—and that this surveillance was used to sustain the false narrative later advanced in court, to the police and to MIGRI. To the Court and Police there was no employment, to MIGRI human trafficking police—I just didn’t understand the employment. With the state disability rehabilitation employment scheme disappearing and reappearing depending which Authority Vuorivirta spoke to, like all points. Attempting to navigate escape from the trafficking became even more difficult as I faced a wall of Institutional Bias.

Late 2024, during the dispute, I meet a new partner **********, she was herself recovering from domestic abuse and IPV. ********** spent close to ten months trying to help me navigate the abuse and escape. Vuorivirta began informing the Courts and authorities that the matter was based on my romantic obsession with Vuorivirta. When Vuorivirta was aware I had a new partner. That it stated in legal submissions I was forced to write that I had a new partner and wished to be free of the situation to have a new life with them. In response, Vuorivirta intensified her false claims of romantic obsession, and the chronic stress resulted in the near-fatal overdose of my new partner and the collapse of our relationship.

Vuorivirta dragged the eviction out as a form of control trafficking abuse for over sixteen months and used it to gain control of all of my belongings, legal papers, court evidence, medication, mobility aid, clothes, personal letters, harddrives, personal data. Everything. Absolutely Everything. Which she continues to hold hostage whilst making false claims about romantic obsession and the relationship.

By December 2025, Finnish national Roosa Sainio had grown so concerned with the situation, she filed a human trafficking criminal complaint with Helsinki Pasila Police. This was ignored and treated abusively in actions that also breached Roosa Sainio’s administrative rights and data protection rights.

1-E. Cross-Border Irish Police Obstruction and Defamation to avoid criminal charges stemming from PIAB:

Once Vuorivirta began a campaign of DARVO and defamation tied to co-opting my Irish Court Judgment. This opened the door for severely criminally liable Irish police to begin a campaign of lying to the Finnish Helsinki Police. This was done to disrupt my PIAB civil compensation proceedings, which have to result in the involved and criminally liable Irish Police facing referral for criminal investigation and charges.

The police officers involved members of the Gardaí who were exposed by my 4.e Pre-Arraignment Dismissal proceedings in order to prevent the PIAB proceedings have abused EU cross-border policing frameworks (perverting the spirit of TFEU Article 82 and 81) by transmitting malicious fabricated intelligence to the Helsinki Police, falsely labelling me a highly dangerous individual with a specific history of heavily armed violence against police. This was done to have me harmed and prevent criminal proceedings in Ireland. It has resulted in severe abuse, torture, and attempted murder by Helsinki Police.

Helsinki Pasila Police have refused the Irish Judgment and told me it is a “figment of my imagination” and that “they have to believe the Irish police”. I have been accused of faking the CCTV video of police raids and the CCTV of me being tortured.

This has trapped me in an endless cycle of ne bis in idem. Roots of this behaviour appear to be linked to the landlords hate crime eviction, as they gloated about having high ranking police relatives, and in outright discrimination. As it has required Helsinki Pasila Police to outright refuse and ignore Finnish Medical Disability B Certificates detailing what has been done to me and my police brutality disability injuries.

1.F MIGRI Human Trafficking Police: Prior Reporting Ignored and Interview Refused and Administrative Adoption of Abuse:

Throughout 2023, 2024, 2025, and into 2026, Finnish Domestic Abuse Organisations advised me strenuously to contact the Police. But Helsinki Pasila Police refused to assist me, and began subjecting me to increasing levels of violence. When I told them about the refusal of assistance from the police. Finnish Domestic Abuse Organisations then advised I seek assistance from MIGRI Human Trafficking Police.

Through the later half of 2025, I began contacting MIGRI Human Trafficking Police. Early phone call requests for assistance were ignored.

By November 2025 I was directly contacting the assistance system and asking for help, and the contemporaneous record shows I was already being treated as though I was not believed. Record of my contact with MIGRI, on MIGRI’s side, according to MIGRI themselves “does not exist”. All that remains are my emails and recordings of the phone calls.

In March 2026, after being released from arbitrary detention which included torture in solitary confinement, a complete denial of all rights, and attempted murder in Vantaa Prison, at the direction of a MIGRI police officer, and that of my new social worker Karoliina Kivimaki, I refiled a human trafficking and domestic abuse criminal complaint with Helsinki Pasila Police and refiled a request for MIGRI Human Trafficking Police to review my case and interview me for review for entry from protection from human trafficking.

As I had warned both the MIGRI officer and Karoliina Kivimaki, Pasila Police did not respond by protecting me, interviewing me, and continued to refuse to take the trafficking indicators seriously, once again incoherently telling me my Irish Judgment is a figment of my imagination. The complaint of 19 March 2026 became another point on the record showing that I could be directed, by concerned professionals and by a MIGRI officer himself, to report grave abuse to the police and to MIGRI, and yet still be met by the same wall of disbelief and procedural void.

MIGRI treated my human trafficking complaint as something to be disposed of on paper rather than investigated with the most basic seriousness the law requires.

They refused to interview me, refused to hear the primary witness to the abuse which was me, and then claimed that the panicked, fragmented written record of a homeless, disabled, unmedicated torture survivor was somehow a sufficient basis to make a negative credibility decision against me.

MIGRI’s failure to interview me about any of the points of trafficking and the Alegria Tenancy arrangement meant it never properly examined the trafficking indicators embedded in the living arrangement itself: controlled housing, dependency, unpaid labour, withheld exit, monitoring, and the use of eviction and false process to keep me trapped. At last count of my case between myself and outside supporters, I meet over thirty-five criteria points of human trafficking.

I was forced to file an Administrative appeal with the Helsinki Court of Administrative Appeal. Proceedings which I have been forced to represent myself in, without equality of arms, without proper translation, without medication or legal aid remuneration, whilst essentially homeless in Paris. Working to answer an incoherent MIGRI court response and request for rejoinder, with an evidence bundle that I do not believe MIGRI had even read as the items contradict Vuorivrta. The Court was presented with a process so defective that it should have been quashed and remitted for lawful reconsideration with an actual hearing of me and the relevant witnesses. These proceedings are ongoing and I can provide the rejoinder response I submitted to the Court.

1-G. Functionally Stateless: Kettled Scandal - Failures and Negligence by the Irish State:

The Irish Victims of Crime Association informed me I am a “National Scandal waiting to happen.” To prevent scandal, the Irish Department of Foreign Affairs and Department of Justice have refused to engage, breaching not only my constitutional rights in Ireland, but the EU charter of fundamental rights, and the TFEU. I have been rendered a type of silent stateless. Without any State support.
